About Edison House Group
Edison House Group is based in Ipswich, Suffolk. With a heritage spanning almost 30 years we have built up a diverse range of products and services.
Founded by Chris Powell in 1988, Edison House Group started life as a local electrical contracting service. Since then we have grown into a multi-layered organisation that delivers a diverse range of quality products and services to our customers all over the UK.
In 2016, we were ranked the fastest growing company in Suffolk
Our success is partly due to our ability to shift direction and adapt quickly to gaps in the market. For example, in 2015 we branched out into the online furniture market, establishing the Spotted Penguin brand, and in little over a year sales reached almost £1million.
